This third Dîner Étoilé, orchestrated by Chef Arnaud FAYE MOF, the new Executive Chef of Le Bristol in Paris, offered all food and wine lovers an unusual and exceptional sensory voyage that everyone will remember for a long time to come.

Facing the triptych Château de Montferrand, Pic Saint Loup & Hortus, Domaine Uma set up an exceptional 70-meter-long table in the heart of its vineyards, offering guests a magical spectacle in a warm and festive atmosphere. This unique wine and food pairing dinner, a veritable temple for epicureans, was a resounding success, thanks to the excellence of the cuisine, the refinement of the wines and the Domaine's enchanting setting.
