After a resounding success at Chef Arnaud Faye's Dîner Etoilé in the vineyards of the estate, Chef Grégory Garimbay* left his kitchens at the Saint James in Paris for an evening, to offer us another unique and memorable dinner, in the heart of the Pic Saint Loup region.

In an unusual and enchanting setting, this fourth star-studded evening once again lived up to its promise, combining excellence and elegance.

From the moment guests arrive, the panorama is breathtaking. Nothing is left to chance, so that this ephemeral installation leaves an unforgettable impression in everyone's mind.

The aperitif, served to music and enhanced by 3 cocktails from the Michelin-starred Chef, precedes a 5-step service. Enough time for everyone to enjoy every moment, from sunset to moonrise...
