Tom Meyer
Tom Meyer, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, is the new Executive Chef of the double-starred La Chèvre d'Or restaurant in Èze. Trained by prestigious chefs such as Anne-Sophie Pic and Benoît Violier, his career has been marked by technical rigor and bold creativity. Winner of the Prix Taittinger in 2017 and a finalist in the 2019 Bocuse d'Or France, he opened Granite in 2021, earning a Michelin star in six months. In 2024, he succeeded Arnaud Faye and established his gastronomic signature at La Chèvre d'Or, blending local terroir and contemporary inspirations in an expressive and refined cuisine.
