Jérôme Schilling, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, is head chef of the LALIQUE restaurant at Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey. Trained by such emblematic figures as Joël Robuchon and Thierry Marx, he has forged a cuisine that blends technical skill and sensitivity. In 2018, he joined Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey, where he earned two Michelin stars and put Sauternes wine at the heart of his creations. Nicknamed the "vineyard chef", he sublimates local produce through an innovative approach, exploring the aromas of wine and terroir.
