Symbiose, a meeting place for wine and gastronomy, creates a unique harmony.
From October to April, in the authentic setting of Domaine Uma's architectural winery, each 4-course menu celebrates the balance between local produce, exceptional wines and conviviality, for an immersive, sensory experience.
From April to September, on the Symbiose Terrace, a sunny menu of mezzés and tapas to share, in front of a breathtaking view.

At Symbiose, every moment is designed to offer an intimate, convivial experience. From October to April, With only 12 places at the bar and 12 at the table d'hôte, every meal becomes an occasion for sharing, where exchange with guests and the chef is at the heart of the experience.

With its breathtaking view of the Pic Saint Loup and the Hortus , the Terrace invites you to a moment of relaxation.
Open from April to September, as a cosy banquette or a convivial table, discover its sunny menu of mezzés and tapas to share.

Symbiose's 4-course menu features products from Languedoc producers. Chef Pierre Tourailles composes a menu based on seasonal ingredients from the local terroir, in harmony with the estate's wines.

Each dish reflects a deep commitment to nature and authentic flavors. This respectful approach to local produce creates a unique culinary experience, combining modernity and tradition in the heart of Pic Saint-Loup.

The pairings are carefully thought out with Karen Turner, the Domaine's oenologist, to create the perfect harmony between local flavors and AOP Languedoc, Pic Saint Loup and Vins de France wines.
