The present conditions apply to the sale of all DOMAINE UMA products on the Internet store. They are automatically made available to the buyer on the home page of the website. It is sufficient for the buyer to click on "General Sales Conditions" (hereinafter referred to as G.S.C.) to know the conditions of his order, even before he has begun the ordering process. Consequently, the act of placing an order implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these G.S.C., to the exclusion of any other documents such as prospectuses or catalogs issued by the seller, which are for information purposes only.
The fact that the seller does not avail itself at a given time of any of the provisions hereof may not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to avail itself at a later date of any of the said conditions.
Our offers are exclusively reserved for private customers, to the exclusion of professional resellers.
All sales become final only after acceptance and invoicing of the order by SAS DOMAINE UMA. The seller also reserves the right to cancel an order that has become final in the event of the discovery of a quality alteration likely to damage the reputation of its wines.
PRICE
SAS DOMAINE UMA is committed to the prices announced on the site within the limits of available stocks.
Prices are quoted in Euros (€), ex-warehouse. They include VAT, exclude postage and packing and are net of any discount.
Products delivered in mainland France (excluding Corsica): prices include VAT and French taxes.
PAYMENT
Terms of payment
The price of the items ordered is payable in full to SAS DOMAINE UMA, as soon as your order form is issued on the site, using one of the following methods of payment.

We invite you to pay by credit card via the Internet. This payment, made on the e-transactions site of our partner Crédit Agricole, is totally secure.
Please note: only bank cards bearing the initials CB, VISA, EUROCARD or MASTERCARD are accepted.
Only euros are accepted.
RETENTION OF TITLE
By express agreement, the goods sold remain the property of the seller, wherever they may be, until full payment has been received from the buyer.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary according to quantity. We offer free transport for all orders of 12 bottles or more, delivered to a single address in mainland France (excluding Corsica), excluding promotional offers.
TYPE OF TRANSPORT
The mode of transport and the choice of carrier are the responsibility of the seller, in consideration of the buyer's interests, both in terms of delivery times and quality.
DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES
Delivery is made by the carrier to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.
Delivery times in mainland France (excluding Corsica): Delivery times are generally 8 to 15 working days for France, 2 to 4 weeks in exceptional cases. In the event of an imperative on your part, please indicate the date by which the wines must reach you at the latest. If we are unable to meet this date, we will contact you before dispatching the wines.
Delivery times are given for information only and are subject to stock availability or any other event beyond the seller's control. Accordingly, no compensation may be claimed for delays in delivery. However, if 3 months after the indicative delivery date, the wine has not been delivered, the sale may be cancelled at the buyer's request, and the buyer may obtain a refund of the sums paid.
TRANSPORT AND LIABILITY
Goods are shipped at your expense and risk. It is therefore your responsibility to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery and to express any reservations as follows: * on the delivery slip provided by the carrier, * and, in all cases, by notifying SAS DOMAINE UMA by post within three (3) days of receipt of the package. In the event of breakage, damage or shortage, notified by reserve, SAS DOMAINE UMA will make the necessary arrangements to re-deliver to you, or otherwise reimburse you the sum paid at the time of ordering.
Your right:
In application of article L. 121-16 of the French Consumer Code, you may return the product within ten (10) days of delivery, at your own expense, to the address on our website, for exchange or refund, in good condition and in its original packaging, with the original invoice. SAS DOMAINE UMA will only bear the cost of return delivery (at the current basic rate) if both of the following conditions are met: The delivery does not conform to the order, and you have made reservations with the carrier. In this case, please contact our customer service department at the address below.
