La Terrasse du Pic, a bistronomic wine bar nestled in the heart of Domaine Uma, is looking for dynamic, passionate waiters for the summer season.

The position is available on a Temporary Contract, from Wednesday to Sunday, from the beginning of April to the end of September.

‍Job description: As a waiter within Symbiose or Canopée, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our customers by providing quality service and contributing to the friendly atmosphere of our establishment. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, as well as keeping tables and reception areas clean.

‍ProfileWanted: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a gastronomic or similar environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attentive service. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Basic knowledge of wine and gastronomy would be an asset. Flexible hours and availability from Wednesday to Sunday.

‍Conditions ofemployment: Fixed-term contract (CDD) from April to September. Working hours: Wednesday to Sunday. Possibility of on-site accommodation, facilitating mobility for candidates from outside the region.

As part of its development, Domaine Uma is looking for a kitchen assistant

Your responsibilities :

You will work closely with our head chef to ensure the efficient preparation and presentation of dishes. Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, assisting during service, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards

Profile required:
✔️Expérience previous experience as a commis de cuisine or in a similar role.
✔️Passion for gastronomy and willingness to learn and develop.
✔️Capacité to work in an organized way in a dynamic environment.
✔️Respect hygiene and food safety standards.
